Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
The short version: When you fill out a form, we collect your name, email, and (optionally) your website URL so we can write back. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. We do not sell your data, and there's no ad pixel here. You can ask us to delete what we have any time at [email protected].
Who we are
Tuscan Agency is an Indianapolis-rooted web design and digital marketing agency. This policy covers www.tuscanagency.com and the forms on it. The business behind the site is Tuscan Agency LLC, 1568 E County Road 300 S, New Castle, IN 47362. When this policy says "we," "us," or "Tuscan," that's who it means. For privacy questions, email [email protected] or call (765) 591-2388.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or project form, you send us your name, email address, and optionally your website URL. Some forms also let you add a short message. That's the whole list — we don't ask for anything we don't need to reply to you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical and usage data when you visit: pages viewed, time on page, the link that referred you, your approximate location (country/region), and general device and browser details. This comes through Google Analytics and our hosting provider's logs. We don't use it to identify you personally, and on analytics we honor your cookie choice (see the Cookie Policy).
How we use it
- Reply to your inquiry and follow up about a possible project
- Run and improve the website and understand how it's used
- Keep the site secure and working
- Meet legal and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising. There is no ad pixel, no retargeting, and no data broker on this site.
The services we use to run the site
We keep the stack small. These are the third parties ("processors") that handle data on our behalf, and what each one does:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — measures website traffic and usage. Sets analytics cookies, subject to your consent choice and Google Consent Mode.
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) — delivers your form submission to our inbox as an email. Your name, email, and message pass through Resend to reach us.
- Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) — hosts the database and content management system behind the site's pages.
- Vercel (Vercel, Inc.) — hosts and serves the website; keeps standard server and security logs.
Each processor handles data only to provide its service to us, under its own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies — first-party functional cookies plus Google Analytics. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Visitors in the EU and UK are asked to opt in before analytics runs; everyone else gets a notice and can opt out. The full list and your controls are in the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period after, then delete or archive them. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see your rights below).
How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS, and we use reputable providers with their own security programs. We apply reasonable safeguards. That said, no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Where your data is processed
We're based in the United States and our providers process data primarily in the US. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information. We honor these for everyone who asks, regardless of location.
If you're in California (CCPA/CPRA), you can:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
- Access a copy of your personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we don't sell or share it, but you can still tell us not to
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
If you're in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction (GDPR-style), you can:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Restrict or object to how we process it
- Request data portability (get your data in a usable format)
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and we'll respond within the time the law allows.
Your privacy choices
Here's how to control what happens on this site:
- Cookie preferences. Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer to reopen the consent banner and accept or decline analytics cookies at any time.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of analytics cookies automatically — you don't have to do anything else.
- Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to opt out of Analytics across all sites.
- Email us. Send any access, deletion, or correction request to [email protected].
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have. Because there's nothing to opt out of, we don't run a separate "Do Not Sell" page — but we still honor GPC signals and any opt-out request you send us.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for businesses and adults. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us their information, email us and we'll delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to third-party websites — client projects, tools, or social profiles. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their privacy practices. Check their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our practices change, and we'll move the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to flag it.
