The situation

ISFE is a Butler-Tarkington institution with nearly 50 years of history and a loyal customer base. When Matthew Williford acquired the business in August 2025, the digital side needed to catch up to the legacy. A real site, a way to publish, and content systems that could keep press coverage, daily specials, and online ordering all in one place.

What we built

A custom Next.js site with online ordering, catering booking, and storefront info anchored at 5550 N Illinois St. A press hub pulling in coverage from WISH-TV, Fox 59, and Indianapolis Monthly. Instagram automation that fetches the six most recent posts from @ilstfoodemporium and feeds them into the site. A custom CMS at cms.tuscanagency.com for blog publishing, plus Make.com scenarios for GA4 traffic reporting and Search Console top-query tracking.

How it runs

Posts get drafted, reviewed, and published through the CMS without touching code. Reporting scenarios run on schedule. Instagram content syncs automatically so the social feed and the website stay in step. All form-driven communication routes through the same Make.com infrastructure used across the agency.

Outcomes

A nearly 50-year-old neighborhood institution now has the digital infrastructure to support its next chapter. Ordering, catering, press, and social all in one place, with publishing and reporting that don't require a developer.
